* Last order for food: 8:00 PM
* Last serving: 9:00 PM
* Closing time: 9:00 PM
* Room service for food and beverages is unavailable.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms.
* Outside food and liquor are not permitted.
* All bookings require full payment; cancellation is non-refundable.
* A fine of ₹5000 will be imposed for lost room keys.
* No Pets Allowed
* Entry fee: ₹50 per person (waived for room guests).
* 2 adult and 1 child per room, extra person with extra mattress will be chargeable Rs 1000 /-
* Spitting gutkha within the resort or hotel premises is not allowed.
* Guests are responsible for any loss or property damage; applicable fines will be charged.
* Fines will be imposed for violating any of the above rules.
