* Closing time: 9:00 PM
* Please note: Room service for food and beverages is unavailable.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms.
* Outside food and liquor are not permitted.
* All bookings require full payment; cancellation is non-refundable.
* A fine of ₹5000 will be imposed for lost room keys.
* Fishing is not allowed on the property.
* Entry fee: ₹50 per person (waived for room guests).
* Drinking or eating in the middle of the river is prohibited.
* The disposal of cans, plastic, or bottles in the river is strictly prohibited.
* Spitting gutkha within the resort or hotel premises is not allowed.
* Eating in the parking area is not permitted.
* Guests are responsible for any loss or property damage; applicable fines will be charged.
* Fines will apply for violating any of the above rules.
