All bookings made on Tokshita Resort are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once payment is completed, no refund will be initiated under any circumstances, including cancellation, no-show, or early check-out.

Refund Timeline (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of Tokshita Resort:

The refund amount will be credited to the customer’s original bank account or payment method
Refund processing time: 7–10 working days, depending on the payment gateway and bank policies
